Andrea and Patricija Geors, a set of twins of merely 20 years of age, have brought melodic techno to Macedonia. Under the name THE GEORS, they are breaking down barriers and creating new musical traditions. In a country with a sparse number of female musicians, they have cemented their position as the leading Macedonian duo within the EDM-genre.
However, the path leading them to the music business began far away from the club scene. Since they were kids, the twins have taken part in – and won – many talent competitions by singing and playing the piano. Since then, their careers have taken off, and today they are completely immersed in the world of music – or as they call it: A world without limits.
The success of THE GEORS goes way beyond music. In their work as models, they have appeared in prominent fashion magazines all over the world. They are also deeply engaged in visual arts, and on top of that, they study Computer Engineering. All these factors contribute to their strength, diversity, and authenticity in how they work with music.
The multi-talented duo has not only brought melodic techno to Macedonia. They are also extremely successful outside their country’s borders. During COVID, they became particularly popular at the biggest venues and clubs in Greece, Kosovo, and Albania.
With great confidence and a clear sense of identity – both musically and personally – THE GEORS takes the stage, controls the parties and ignites the crowds wherever they perform. Inspired by a variety of cultures, nature, and their travels, the super duo have created a unique identity, which manifests in their extravagant melodies and minimalistic beats. But THE GEORS are much more than a techno duo – they are a community that advocates for freedom and the right to experiment and be authentic – in everything they do.
THE GEORS have already conquered Macedonia, Greece, and Albania, where they have built a strong fanbase and established a platform which supports their breakthrough on the global EDM stage.
